Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso- A handsome dual core android ICS smartphone at 10.5k INR

Spice Mobiles has added yet another model to its Stellar smartphone line up. Named as Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso, the phone is the real star among its other S Mobility siblings. The phone has been launched bearing a price tag of just INR 10,499.

Spice Mobiles (S Mobility) seems to have learnt from the mistakes of other manufacturers whose smartphones look almost similar to each other. Sometimes they looks so similar that it is difficult to tell whether the smartphone is really worth the price.

The Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso looks like a premium phone. It has a metallic strip on its sides just like the Apple iPhone. It also has a very good grip which is very essential for a smartphone of this size.

It boasts of a 4.5 inches IPS display having a resolution of 540×960 pixels. Watching videos and playing games should be a treat on a display like this having pixel/inch count of 245.

The volume rocker and power buttons are located on the left and right side of the phone respectively. The 3.5mm audio jack and the USB port are located on the top side as usual. It also has 3 non-programmable touch buttons located at the bottom portion of the screen.

Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso is powered by a dual core 1GHz processor which is complemented by 512 MB of RAM for multi-tasking. The type and the model of the GPU is still not revealed.

Spice Mobiles has equipped this phone with an 8MP sensor which supports auto focus too. Various sources claim that this might be best camera phone from any Indian brand till date. The camera is also supplemented by an LED flash for taking images in low light conditions. The front facing 1.3 MP camera can be used for making video calls on a 3G network.

Unlike most of the smartphones, Spice Mi-495 Stellar Virtuoso has an in-built FM radio. It is also possible to record audio streaming too.
