Motorola Mobility has revealed its firmware upgrade road map for its android devices. The devices which will receive android 4.1 aka
Jelly Bean upgrade are mainly from the Droid RAZR series. The company has further come up with a plan to please its exasperated customers. It is now offering a discount of $100 on the purchase of select models. Please keep in mind that the company is only offering a rebate on the purchase of a mobile device. The T&C’s of your provider still apply. You may have to pay some contract termination fees.
But the question that comes in the mind is that whether you should buy a Motorola device again? Is Motorola willing to provide future firmware upgrades for its mid-range android series?
Well, we will come to know about that in the future but for now let’s keep our fingers crossed. Beware! This $100 rebate might be trap.
